Task: Determine The Planning (DT)

The developers work with one plan: the development plan. This development plan should be checked as to whether there is room for the development tests to be carried out. Unit test and integration (test) activities are usually already implicitly included, but the question is whether sufficient time has been reserved for this. Activities for the test preparation, code reviews, reworking and retesting are easily forgotten.

If it appears that the plan does not offer room for the development tests, this is the time to consult with the client. If the test strategy and resulting estimated effort and planning are not acceptable, then these steps are repeated. It can be considered here whether to test certain units in less depth (but to a minimum of basic quality). This can save time and/or money, but involves more risk.
